No shade if you haven’t — most of us don’t! But here’s the deal: just because something is marketed as a “protein supplement” doesn’t mean it’s doing your body any favors. In fact, a lot of what’s out there is more chemical soup than clean fuel.

Here’s a spicy truth bomb: the wellness industry loves a good buzzword. 

"Plant-based." "Natural." "High protein." Sounds healthy, right? But when you flip that tub around and look at the ingredients, suddenly you're decoding a science experiment. If your protein powder has more sweeteners, gums, and weird fillers than actual protein, you’ve been duped by clever marketing. 🙃
